Booking & Payment
A 25% deposit based on your estimated guest count is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.
For bookings made within 30 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Guest Numbers
Your quote is based on the guest count provided at the time of booking.
Final guest numbers are due 10 days before the event, when the final payment is due.
If your numbers increase, we’ll update your invoice accordingly.
If your numbers decrease, the original amount will still apply unless:
You notify us more than 30 days before the event — in which case we’re happy to adjust the total.
Once final numbers are confirmed and paid, we’re unable to offer refunds for any reductions.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing (email is fine).
The following charges apply based on notice given, minus any travel costs not yet incurred:
More than 60 days: Full refund of any payments made.
30–59 days: 25% deposit is non-refundable.
15–29 days: 50% of the total invoice is payable.
14 days or less: 100% of the invoice is payable.
We always aim to be fair. If we’re able to rebook your event date with another client, we’ll do our best to reduce or waive cancellation fees where possible.
